  • Mail form with application processing fee ($25.00 per applicant. Check only.)
  • Include with application a separate check for $100 as holding fee.
  • Bring proof of employment and income to the leasing office

  1. From Washington drive North / From Baltimore drive South
  2. Take MD-295 and exit at MD-32 West toward Columbia
    -- OR --
    Take I-95 and exit at MD-32 East toward Laurel/Ft. Meade
  3. Take the exit toward Laurel/Elkridge/US-1 North & South
  4. Keep to the right lane on the ramp and merge onto US-1 North (Washington Blvd. toward Jessup)
  5. At 1st traffic light, turn left onto (Old) Guilford Road
  6. Proceed about 1/2 mile, turn left onto Vollmerhausen Road
  7. Go 1/5 mile, turn left onto Castleford Drive
  8. Look for our sign 3 blocks ahead
